MOMENTUM MEMBERSHIP SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the expectations, rights, and responsibilities between Deūs Marca LLC ("Deūs Marca") and you ("Client") in connection with the Momentum Membership service ("Service").

By purchasing or participating in the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. No signature is required—engagement in work implies full acceptance and compliance.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The Momentum Membership provides ongoing brand and design strategy support through advisory, consulting, insights, and feedback from Deūs Marca.
The Service includes regularly scheduled Check-In Calls and limited follow-up support to help clients align brand strategy with business goals. This includes risk analysis, decision-making support, and referrals.
The Service does not include hands-on design or asset production. Light design edits may be made during calls, but new collateral must be produced through a separate Design Sprint, hourly support, or direct hire.
Clients may be advised on outsourcing tasks, hiring Deūs Marca team members, or initiating a Sprint.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Deūs Marca provides strategic guidance but is not liable for any business results, including financial or marketing outcomes.
Client acknowledges that outcomes depend on factors outside Deūs Marca’s control, including leadership, execution, budget, team performance, and market dynamics.
