BRANDING & DESIGN SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the expectations, rights, and responsibilities between Deūs Marca LLC ("Deūs Marca") and you ("Client") in connection with creative services delivered through any “Kickstart,” “Brand Package,” or “Design Sprint” engagement (collectively, the "Service").

By purchasing or participating in the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. No signature is required—engagement in work implies full acceptance and compliance.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

• The Service includes flat-rate branding and design offerings such as Kickstarts, Brand Packages, and Design Sprints. These services provide strategic and creative deliverables as outlined in the proposal or selected tier.
• Design Sprints start at $3500 per Sprint Session for non-momentum members, and $2500 per Sprint Session for Momentum Members (with an option for a Mini Sprint at $1250, also exclusive to Momentum Members). Pricing is subject to change at any time - please contact Deus Marca for current pricing and estimates.
• A la carte pricing for one off projects still must agree to these terms and conditions.
• Deliverables may include, but are not limited to: brand identity assets, logos, custom icons, Canva templates, and web design and/or development services.
• Only the items specifically listed in the selected service tier are included. Any additional requests fall under out-of-scope services.

2. KEY DECISION MAKERS

• A designated Key Decision Maker ("KDM") must be assigned by the Client to oversee and approve all phases of the Service.
• Any new KDMs added after the start of the Service must be communicated in writing. Late additions may affect timelines, introduce changes to the Scope of Work ("SOW"), and may result in additional fees.
• KDMs are expected to participate in Brand Mapping or Brand Calibration sessions, where applicable.

3. MILESTONE REVIEWS

• Milestone Reviews are essential checkpoints during the design process. Feedback, concerns, and approvals must be communicated clearly at each stage.
