These Terms & Conditions are a complete, standalone agreement for the Fractional Brand & Business Partnership. The Client does not need to read any other Deus Marca terms to understand the terms governing this Service.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Fractional Brand & Business Partnership ("Service") between Deus Marca LLC ("Deus Marca," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or entity purchasing the Service ("Client," "you," or "your").

By approving a proposal, authorizing work, submitting payment, attending a partnership session, or otherwise participating in the Service, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. No separate signature is required.

The Client's proposal, selected partnership tier, written scope, invoice, and these Terms together form the "Agreement." If those documents conflict, the written proposal or scope controls for project-specific details, while these Terms control the general working relationship.

1. THE SERVICE

The Fractional Brand & Business Partnership provides ongoing executive and senior-level brand leadership and practical business-building support without adding a full-time role to the Client's payroll.

Depending on the selected tier and agreed priorities, the Service may include:

• Brand, communications, and creative direction
• Strategic counsel and decision support
• Priority setting, planning, and project management
• Research and development
• Reviews of work created by the Client, its team, or outside vendors
• Leadership or coordination of selected collaborators
• Guidance related to offers, customer experience, marketing, sales, team alignment, and business development where they affect the brand
• Working sessions, leadership sessions, check-ins, and private messaging
• Selected light implementation when expressly included in the Client's tier or monthly priorities
